We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned
Sometimes schedules and plans change. When things get in the way of attending a session, we can help by offering a little extra flexibility. Because we believe in a consistent approach to learning and giving children every opportunity to progress, we want to help save valuable tuition time. 
 
That’s why we offer what we call Catch Up Sessions.

If you are unable to attend a lesson and can offer us at least 24 hours’ notice, you can 'float' the session and use it as a Catch Up Session.

There are 2 reasons for floating sessions to catch up at a later date: 1) as they have already been paid for, you won't miss out at all and 2) missing sessions disrupts progress; if a student attends for 6 months, for example, they need to have made 6 months worth of progress. 
 
You can use the Catch Up Session at another available time alongside your regular weekly session(s), within 3 months of the original slot and while your child is an enrolled student at INICIO. To make your lives easier, when you give notice to float a session (if it is more than 24 hours in advance), we will send 3 options to reschedule this based on your availability form. If we have limited availability, we will email at a later date until 3 slots have been offered.

After 3 months, the floating session(s) will expire and they will be unusable and non-refundable.

When emergencies happen

We hope that you understand that cancellations within 24 hours of the arranged time cannot be rescheduled, so the session will be missed. If you’re running late or have a last minute change, please send a text to our Urgent Text Service on 077754 391 905.
